What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfers and checks. All payments are 100% secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel an order.
I haven't received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, contact us at the contact email address, giving your name and order number.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, we deliver to several European countries and the French overseas departments and territories. For other destinations, please contact us directly for a personalized quote.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days for mainland France. International deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders over €35. Below that, a flat-rate charge applies, depending on your address.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
